Vice President
Sam is a registered professional civil engineer with almost 30 years of experience in the environmental, water and sustainable infrastructure sector. Most recent work experience includes domestic and international project development, project team selection, proposal coordination and preparation, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations. His diverse technical background and experience are invaluable in assisting clients to develop cost-effective water treatment solutions offering long-term life cycle value and satisfaction.
General prior professional experience includes environmental site investigation, regulatory compliance, engineering design and construction services, and operation and maintenance services at a wide range of petrochemical, aerospace, industrial, municipal solid waste, systems to remediate and mitigate the presence of industrial contaminants in soil and groundwater. Prior to joining VICO Infrastructure in 2019, Sam worked at PERC Water, IDE Americas, Worley Parsons Komex and GeoSyntec Consultants. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.
